MAVRO IMAGING IS COMMITTED TO PROTECTING YOUR PRIVACY

In this privacy policy (“Privacy Policy”) we explain our practices regarding the information that we collect through the Site from you and other users, how that information may be used, and with whom it may be shared.

Mavro is committed to protecting your privacy as a visitor to the Site and as our customer.  To our visitors and our customers, we offer this pledge: We will not sell, disseminate, disclose, trade, transmit, transfer, share, lease, or rent any personally identifiable information to any third party not specifically authorized by you to receive your information except as we have disclosed to you in this Privacy Policy.

The term “Personal Information” is used throughout this Privacy Policy to describe information that can be associated with a specific person and can be used to identify that person.  Personal Information does not include information that has been anonymized so that it does not identify a specific person.

At the present time, Mavro uses Stripe for payments, analytics, and other business services.  Stripe may collect personal data including via cookies and similar technologies.  The personal data Stripe collects may include transactional data and identifying information about devices that connect to its services. Information Collection

When you visit the Site we may collect your IP address and standard web log information such as the pages you accessed on our Site.  We may also collect certain geo-location information.

When you visit, register, open an account, and/or subscribe to the Site to use one of our services (including downloading any of our products), we may collect the following information from you: (a) identification information such as your name, email address, telephone number, and home address; (b) financial information such as your payment method if you transact business with us (valid credit card number, type, expiration date or other financial information); (c) limited account information and transactions such as your investing account assets and transaction history, as well as information related to your contact with our customer support team; and (d) certain information we record and store in log files when you interact with our Site that may include Internet protocol (IP) or other device addresses or ID numbers as well as browser type, Internet service provider, URLs of referring/exit pages, operating system, date/time stamp, information that you search for, your locale and language preferences, your mobile carrier, and system configuration information, as well as analytics information we and our analytics providers may collect and store to help us improve our Site.

International Considerations

Mavro is a U.S.-based company that offers the Site to domestic and international business customers.  Information that we collect, including Personal Information, may be transferred to our U.S. offices to permit us to comply with our legal and contractual obligations, to provide information and services to prospective and current clients, and to perform related business activities.

Each Party shall comply with the Applicable Data Protection Legislation at all times.

You hereby agree and consent that Mavro may Process your Personal Data for the purpose of the ongoing operation of the Site and the improvement and development, security and controls thereof.

You also agree that Mavro may qualify a “Service Provider” as defined in the CCPA and, therefore, you agree to disclose Personal Information to Mavro solely for a valid business purpose and for Mavro to provide the Site to you.

Mavro will not sell or otherwise transfer Personal Data or retain, use, or disclose Personal Data for commercial purposes other than providing the Service under the Terms of Use.
