In this year’s message, I want to focus on how grateful I am for the entire Mavro Team. Your commitment to excellence and dedication to providing the best possible customer experience are unmatched in the industry.

Our company was formed over 17 years ago. Having known each other for a number of years, one day in 2007, Mike, Bo, Eric, and I got together and decided to give Mavro a go.

I vividly recall our very first customer, who signed up for a modest consulting contract, and when we hired our first few team members – another Eric, Ed, and Dallas. Each took a leap of faith trusting in Mavro.

Remarkably, after all these years, the four partners still own and are instrumental in running the company. The first customer became and still remains one of our largest remittance processing sites. Our first three team members are still at Mavro and are unquestionably among our superstars.

Over the years we have implemented hundreds of new solutions that have exceeded our customers’ expectations. What has driven our success? Our Team. We only hire the best and most experienced members. Although I say it often, I still mean it from the bottom of my heart: I am especially grateful for your integrity, work ethic, and friendship. It is a privilege to be part of such a wonderful team.

That said, we remain mindful that our growth hinges on the loyalty of our dedicated customers. We are thankful for your ongoing support and look forward to shared success in the future.

Finally, in the spirit of this holiday season, I would like to encourage all of you to take time to reflect on the blessings in your life. Thank the people who enrich your life and bring you joy, because in the end, that’s what really matters.
