…With Reflection and Well Wishes

Dear Friends,

It’s been a challenging two years to say the least. In addition to the numerous ways the pandemic has affected our personal lives, it has profoundly impacted the way we conduct business. Many employees throughout the world are now working from home, and as a result, virtual interaction has become commonplace. Anyone not familiar with Zoom, Teams, Hangouts, Skype or WebEx just a few years ago is an everyday user today.

Fortunately for Mavro, we have thrived in this new business environment. Thanks to our team, customers and partners, Mavro has had yet another record-breaking year in sales, new implementations and expansion of solutions. Established as a virtual company some 15 years ago, Mavro has been honing the skills needed to excel in an ever-changing, dynamic business setting. In fact, most of our implementations, even some of the most complex, have been conducted remotely. Notably, our customers not only counted on us to deliver solutions virtually, but also leveraged our many years of expertise to establish an effective remote workforce.

Beyond meeting the current evolving needs of our customers, Mavro’s vision of extending its leadership in remittance and document processing continues to accelerate. The pandemic has merely expedited what Mavro has been developing for years – an optimal enterprise-wide document processing platform. Mavro software can now import and process any document type from any source, including those generated or submitted by email, fax, web applications and a host of mobile devices. Few will argue that complete document digitization and automation, having been viewed as a luxury or unnecessary expense just a few years ago, is now deemed to be a necessity.

As we look to next year and the future, we are more confident than ever that our company will continue growing along a healthy and consistent trajectory. We owe much of our success to each of you – our customers. Thank you for your continued confidence and trust. As we continue to navigate the challenges ahead together, we pledge to maintain the highest level of integrity and unwavering commitment, providing the exceptional service and support you have become accustomed to receiving. We will be with you every step of the way as your needs change and our technology evolves.

I am compelled to express my appreciation to the entire Mavro Team – an amazing group of dedicated individuals who attack with vigor every new challenge each day presents. Without doubt, you continue to be the drivers for Mavro’s success. Your integrity, passion for excellence and commitment to do what’s right for our customers is unparalleled.

And finally, to all of our customers, associates, and team members, I would like to extend the warmest of wishes during this holiday season. I encourage you to take some extra time to reflect upon and appreciate the many blessings we each have.
