Support Overview

Support is provided by our Professional Services organization. This organization is staffed by fully-qualified Applications Engineers, with the most experienced designated as Team Leads.

All Mavro Applications Engineers are college educated and typically have at least five years of direct, industry-related experience. In addition to handling support calls, our Applications Engineers are required to spend time in the field performing system implementations to ensure that they have up-to-date, hands-on knowledge of our software and how it is used by our customers. It’s also important to note that in keeping with our policy of open communications, all Applications Engineers have direct access to our Software Development staff, ensuring that they have the resources required to handle even the most difficult problems.
